Role: Clerk of Works
Location: Guildford to service London and south central areas.
Salary: up to 58k + Package

My client is looking for a Clerk of Works to manage a number of new build and cladding refurbishment projects. The Clerk of Works will visit sites ensuring works are completed to a good standard and compliant with regulations. The Clerk of Works will have experience working for a multi discipline consultancy and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a clerk of works.

The Clerk of Works must have the following skill set:
- LICWCI, MICWCI
- Clerk of works experience
- RC Frame projects
- Recladding/ Cladding remediation

Site Manager's looking to transition into the clerk of works role will be considered.
