Qualified Social Worker Learning Disabilities Team London Borough of Hillingdon

• Qualified Social Worker required to join a statutory Adults Learning Disabilities Team
• Office base: Hillingdon - Uxbridge
• To be considered, you must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as over 3 years post qualified experience gained in an Adults Services setting
• 32ph

Transition social worker working with children's and adult's frameworks. Experience supporting young people to transition into adult services. Experience in undertaking care act assessments, mental capacity assessments, best interest assessment, community DOLS, duty officer, attendance at EHCP's s42 safe guarding enquiries.
