We are looking for a Caretaker to join the team of an established organisation in the Birmingham area, offering a three month temporary position. This will be based across 3 offices, helping to provided high quality building maintenance and safety.

As a Caretaker, your main duties will be:
- Opening and lock up procedure including operation of the intruder alarm
- Undertaking minor office repairs both planned and reactive
- Decorating and assisting in cleaning
- Maintaining external grounds and entrances
- Carry out weekly site inspections including fire alarm testing etc
As a Caretaker, you will need experience in:
- Janitor, Maintenance man, Handyman roles
- General repair duties and decorating
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures
