Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with SEMH needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.

• Help students manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop positive social skills.

• Provide one-on-one support where needed to boost both academic and emotional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with students with SEMH needs.

• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work as part of a dynamic team and contribute to a supportive school culture.

• Grade 4/C in GCSE Math's and English
