All information will be fully coordinated to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to meet the client's requirements.
The current delivery team requires a Design Manager with a strong history of working for well-established main contractors on multi-million-pound projects from pre-construction through the delivery phase. My client is keen to find someone with strong technical knowledge who can lead a project with little lead-in time.
For this position, the successful individual will only be expected to be office-based in this company's Maidstone office, making site visits 1 -2 days a week. The site locations span from Hertfordshire down to Hampshire, so please be prepared to travel (with fuel paid for) when required.

This encourages the strengths and successes of the company and each individual.
About the requirements: Experience working as a Design Manager within a main contractor is essential, with industrial project experience a bonus but not a necessity. The perfect candidate will be degree-qualified and must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress their career further.
