Hi,
Nice to meet you! Here are the terms of the employment and details of the job - please read them carefully and let me know only if you are fine with all of them.
1. We need a cleaning lady for Saturday and Sunday afternoon for 3 hours each day (it cannot be in the morning)
2. We have a cleaning lady coming in every day but the job is still demanding because we have two young kids that can make a considerable mess also in 24 hours from the last cleaning, so you need to keep in mind that there will be cleaning, putting in order (including toys, paints, kids clothes), dish-washing every time (of course we have a dish washer)
3. The pay offered is £15/hour so £90 for the weekend paid every weekend with a bank transfer, Revolut or whatever method you prefer apart from cash.
4. The house is 3-bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. We don’t expect perfection but ot has to be a good effort.
5. We need a person who is happy to takes vacations during the peak holiday season - late July/August, Christmas, Easter and not someone who is absent in the active work season like October-November January-June.
6. A great work ethics is a must, we can’t have “I have a headache”, “I had an accident” etc excuses once per month.
7. If you can do only one of the days but you are happy with the other terms we would still like to hear from you.
8. The job is in W112RE and we have a strong preference from someone in the area or if not you still need to be very committed to the job despite the distance.
So, it’s a demanding job but on the other hand we are a very loyal and reliable customer if you fit the criteria.
