The Company

• My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who have been established for 20+ years.
• They work on large building envelope packages, for large mixed used residential & commercial developments.
• HQ based in Essex with projects in London.

The Role - Project Manager

• Managing all on-site activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
• Management of x3 Senior Site Managers and x2 Site Managers.
• Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, standards, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management methodologies, and health and safety regulations.
