Sales Advisor - Hartlepool  - Plumb Centre

 As a Sales Advisor based in Hartlepool you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers on the trade counter identifying their specific needs and recommending suitable products.

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and courteously, maintaining a proactive approach

• Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Hours will vary between 7.30am - 5.00pm, along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am -12 noon paid as overtime.
