Our client is a growing boutique consultancy currently focussed across Tech and Engineering markets. They have a mature, relaxed approach to working culture, as everyone they hire are experienced within a sector.

This is an employed role that has a feel of a self-employed position be the master of your own destiny without the corporate BS and office politics.

About you:

You must have a minimum of three years focussing in a STEM market/vertical and can demonstrate annual billing in excess of £120,000.

Responsibilities:

Business development

Marketing for candidates, screening, organising interviews

Building relationships with new clients and existing clients.

Managing the recruitment process from winning business to placing candidates and account management.
