Cover Supervisor

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum
• Provide support to students in the absence of their regular teacher
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success
• Adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of different classes and year groups
• Collaborate with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure school policies are upheld

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and year groups
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
