Welder / Fabricator

Manpower Engineering are working with one of the largest off grind energy suppliers in the UK to help them add a Welder/Fabricator to their team.

The Role

• Welding of various pipework including socket and butt welding, steel framework, pipe supports, and leg channels
• Fabrication of various " - 8" pipework, steel framework, pipe supports, and channels
• TIG and MMA Welding to BSEN ISO 9606-1 standard

This is initially a 3 months contract but there is a high probability that the right person will be offered a permanent position.

The Person

If you are an apprenticeship trained Welder/Fabricator who can read and interpret P&IDs and GA drawingS, proficient in both TIG and MMA welding and happy to work in a fabshop environment we would like to speak to you.
