Primary Classroom Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are provided with the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
- Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement to support individual learning needs.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning, maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Pastoral Care: Act as a mentor and role model, providing emotional and social support to students, promoting their overall well-being and development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students and contribute to the school s continuous improvement.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay abreast of educational advancements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS and have a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity: Ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to make learning enjoyable and effective.
