The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral member of a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team that undertakes Employers Agent/Contract Administrator and Project Management functions across an impressive array of high-end residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of exciting large scale projects, benefiting from the guidance and support of senior partners to ensure successful delivery. You will also play a pivotal role in assisting more experienced Quantity Surveyors in the day-to-day management of larger and more complex projects, allowing you to broaden your expertise and enhance your professional skill set.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally 5-10 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience working in a UK Consultancy environment is a MUST
• Actively pursuing or achieved MRICS status
• Strong pre-contract and cost management experience
• Excellent client-facing skills and a confident demeanor
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
