Warehouse Supervisor -Returns

Location: East Midlands Gateway

Salary: £32,916.00 (plus 25% Night Allowance)

Shifts Available:

• Days: Monday to Friday 06.00-14.30 or
• Nights: Sunday to Thursday 22.00-06.30

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation. The main focus of the role is managing the systems and processes. You will be systems orientated and possess excellent Excel and PC knowledge, being able to analyse KPI data and produce reports on the departments performance.

Your Tasks:

• Systems orientated, ability to analyse the data on returns, damaged goods, resale products and produce reports.
• Providing detailed feedback to customers on products delivering excellent customer service.
• Overseeing a small, productive team of 5 returns operatives, leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs.
• Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
• Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities.
• First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments.
• Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control.
• Ensuring SLA compliance
• Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
• Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
• People management activities including appraisals and 1:1's

Your Profile:

• Excellent systems and Excel knowledge
• The abaility to analyse data and produce reports for senior management
• Excellent customer service skills and a stramg customer focus
• Experience in leading ,a team of warehouse operatives, training developing completing 1-2-1's
• Good Engish and numerical skills and record keeping skills.
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
