Well established Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A&B Fit Out and Refurb projects are searching for an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP Packages & Sub Contractors on Fit out and Refurb Projects up to 70mill within Commercial Office Fit Out, High End Residential, Leisure and Healthcare projects in and around Central London.

If you have a strong understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages, have worked as a Technical or Building Services Manager for a Main Contractor on Fit out and Refurb Projects and would like to discuss potential vacancies, please give me a call asap.
