Stunning restaurant near Padstow are recruiting for a Chef de Partie with a passion for cooking and working in a buzzing kitchen environment, to work alongside their accomplished and dedicated head chef and team.

This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie or Commis looking for a new challenge. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience.

As a Chef de Partie you will:

• Keep your section clean
• Daily prep
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness & food safety
• Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes & menus
• Monitor portion & waste control to maintain profit margins
• Any Health & Safety & Food Hygiene courses
