Counterbalance FLT

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company located in Magna Park, is looking for an experienced FLT (Counterbalance) Driver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your skills will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
• Perform daily checks on the forklift to ensure it is operating correctly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required, such as stock management and order picking.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times within the working area.
• Ensure that all operations adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (Required).
• Full UK Driving Licence to commute to the site.
• Ability to work well in a team and individually with a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

This role operates on a Continental Shift Pattern, with the following schedule:

• 6AM 6PM or 6PM 6AM (rotating)
• 3 Days On, 3 Days Off

Please ensure that you are comfortable with working both day and night shifts as part of this pattern.
