QA/QC Manager

Salter Grange is working with a leading Principal Contractor who is currently recruiting a QA/QC Manager who is multi-disciplined in CSA, Mechanical and Electrical and ideally has significant experience within the Data Centre Industry.

The successful QA/QC Manager will be working for a cutting edge, forward-thinking contractor that operates a diverse business model. With the order book full for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible QA/QC Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

QA/QC Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation, execution, and upkeep of the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans following the Client's specifications.
• Interpret and convey the contract Quality requirements to project staff and company functions supporting the project.
• Review, audit, and oversee the Project Quality plan and procedures implementation, working with the Auditing team.
• Manage Project inspection/test programs and associated witness point schedules on a per-system basis.
• Ensure client participation at agreed-upon inspection/witness points per the project contract and handover schedule.
• Manage the resolution of Quality-related matters at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
• Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis.

QA/QC Manager Requirements:

• Roughly 3 -5 years of experience in a similar QA Construction role
• Prior experience working on data centre or large industrial projects is essential
• Prior experience working for a general contractor is ideal
• Must have right to work in Europe / Visa / EU Passport
