As part of their planned expansion, our Client has engaged us to assist them in recruiting a number of people. Here, we are talking about their need for two ambitious Mechanical Project Engineers.

Our Client is a prominent MEP contractor in the region, offering a fantastic chance to join a stable business with an excellent reputation, high staff retention, and a robust project pipeline. They are looking to make several appointments for a significant West Yorkshire-based project valued at approximately 13M. While this project is the immediate focus, these are permanent positions with clear opportunities for career progression for those who demonstrate strong performance.

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the profitable delivery of large-scale projects. Being involved from inception through to completion, you will be Client-facing and design-aware. You will be responsible for both direct labour and subcontractors and report to the senior management team. Large-scale projects are split into separate packages and allocated to a Project Engineer. Working alongside your colleagues you will coordinate your efforts in order to deliver excellence to your Clients.

For these role we are looking to speak to proven mechanical building services professionals. You will have experience gained within a building services contractor, working on large-scale, multi-million projects, and have a proven track record of profitable and timely project delivery. You may have a background working for a large national contractor or from within a large independent regional one. This Client works on projects in excess of 1M on a regular basis so experience at this scale is a distinct advantage.
