Our client, a leading organisation in the building services and facilities management sectors, is looking to bring on board a hands-on, campaign-focused Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function in this new stand-alone role. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week in their London office (1 day from home), within a friendly, ambitious, and successful organisation.

As Group Marketing Manager, you will report to their supportive COO and have autonomy to develop the group's brand and marketing strategy, identifying customer needs as well as high-opportunity clients and forming marketing strategies around this to cross-sell across the various businesses in the group. This role will provide fantastic variety across a wide range of marketing activities, allowing you to make a real impact on this growing business.

What do I need?

  1. A strong track record of delivering brand strategy across multiple companies/brands in a group setting.
  2. Ability to work in partnership with multiple business types and internal departments.
  3. Experience of devising and launching successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
  4. Proven ability to generate ROI from digital marketing activities.
  5. Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Ability to build customer knowledge within multiple sectors.
  7. Around 5+ years in a lead marketing role.
