Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Location: Based at our beautiful Wash Farm in Devon, near Buckfastleigh, this role offers flexible, hybrid working, with a minimum of three days a week on-site. While we're open to remote applications, the farm remains central to everything we do, ensuring a balance between farm life and remote flexibility.

As Senior Range Manager, you'll help shape our core range-veg boxes, meat, dairy, and fresh extras-while staying true to our values of sustainability, quality, and community. You'll craft a range that caters to both value-conscious families and customers seeking premium, seasonal produce, all while upholding our sustainability-driven ethos. With a customer-focused mindset and a passion for organic food, you'll balance profitability with our deep-rooted values.

Skills & Experience:

• You'll bring proven experience in fresh food range management, preferably within retail or grocery.
• Supportive management in guiding cross-functional teams across supply chain, commercial, and operational functions
• Perceptive analytical skills to balance profitability with customer satisfaction, while staying aligned with Riverford's core values.
