Role Overview:

They're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Revit Technician to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with their MEP engineering team to develop and produce Revit models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical understanding of MEP systems, proficiency in Revit, and a commitment to quality in design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and manage MEP Revit models for various project types.

- Coordinate with MEP engineers to interpret design requirements and incorporate them into models.

- Produce accurate and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEP models with architectural and structural designs.

- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to ensure model accuracy and quality.

- Maintain and organize project files in line with company standards and BIM protocols.

- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an MEP Revit Technician, preferably within an engineering consultancy.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

- Solid understanding of MEP systems and industry standards.

- Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar BIM management tools is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
