We are seeking an experienced Principal Designer for a London based position. This results-driven individual will manage bespoke architectural projects and pursue new business opportunities. With strong team management and interpersonal skills, they will collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. This role offers the freedom to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction or Architecture, but this is not limited to these areas.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• 10 years of experience working in CDM
• CMIOSH Chartered Member of IOSH
• Member of APS
• An architectural qualification is desirable
• Experience and understanding of design and construction management methodologies
• Proven skills in delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Resilient in coping with conflicting demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and diplomatic
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to tasks
• Methodical, accurate, and consistent attention to detail
• Design experience, preferably in architecture or engineering
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills
