• Extensive experience at multiple AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star or above, environment.
• Be capable of demonstrating leadership skills calmly and in a professional manner.
• Passion for the industry and food.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Determination to succeed at the highest level.
