Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive planning appraisals.

Key Skills:

• MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in planning, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
