The successful candidate will work on a variety of local authority projects across commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors, overseeing projects from start to finish with budgets up to 5 million. Key responsibilities will include design and contract administration on projects such as lifecycle replacements, internal refits, and remodels.
