Building Services Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer for one of the leading maintenance contractors. This role is covering Birmingham and surrounding areas. It is a mobile role so you will be provided with a van and fuel card and offers a OTE of £44,000+ per year.

Your new Building Services Engineer role

• Working in a Mobile role covering multiple retail, hospitality and commercial sites across the West Midlands mainly Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Apart of the Building Services Team you will be specialising in performing both PPM and Reactive maintenance on both Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
• You will be carrying out all mechanical and plumbing maintenance on a range of different contracts.
• This role is Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) working on a mobile basis, 30mins of your own commuting time and anything over this is covered at overtime rates.
• Role includes a new company van + fuel card with personal use.

What you'll need to succeed in this Building Services Engineer role

• We are keen to speak to Engineers who are mechanically qualified, Ideally with a completed apprenticeship.
• Must be experienced in providing both preventive (ppm) and reactive maintenance to both Electrical and Mechanical FM building equipment.
• Will need to be within a commutable distance of Birmingham
• Need to hold a UK Driving License with 6 points or less.
