Job Information:

• I am recruiting for a Children's Registered Home Manager to manage an OFSTED-regulated service.
• The children's home is a new service that will provide person-centred support for children and young people between the ages of 6 and 18 years who have EBD and challenging behaviours.
• The home is a 3 bedded home
• You will hold OFSTED registration for children's home
• You will manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
• Build and develop staff team
• Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED and company standards
• The home is based in Halifax

Pay

• Up to 55,000
• + bonuses

Contract

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5pm
• + on-call duties
• Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements:

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Level 3 in children and young people
• Driving Licence
