Site Manager

On behalf of our client, KCS is seeking a skilled Site Manager for a 3-month project based in GL56, Goucester.

Project Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Location: College refurbishment/fit-out project
• Site Size: 10,000 sq. ft.
• Project Value: Approximately 500k
• Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (8am-5pm), with weekends required 2-4 times per month

Scope of Work:

The project involves refurbishment and fit-out work, including:

• Decoration
• Installation of new ceiling tiles
• New lighting and power systems
• Carpet installation

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS Certification
• First Aid Training
• Full PPE

Additional Benefits:
