Our Senior Brand Partnerships Executive will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and promotional partnerships campaigns for and Jet2holidays. This role will drive the development and end-to-end activation of marketing campaigns, working with the some of the biggest brands in the UK, such as Cadbury's, Boots and McDonald's, as well as driving the growth of the myJet2Perks loyalty proposition with our brand partners.

Our Senior Brand Partnerships Executive will be a key part of the Brand Partnerships team and thrive on building relationships with new and existing brand partners, to secure the best marketing partnership opportunities and cement Jet2holidays position as the UK's No.1 Tour operator.

This role will be offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave

This role will suit a commercially astute candidate who has experience of creating and developing marketing and/or loyalty partnership proposals, as well as pitching them to potential partners and negotiating to maximise the value from the campaign.

As the role will involve working on multiple campaigns, attention to detail will be key when working on campaign activation to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in budget and within brand guidelines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Management of myJet2Perks and development of the proposition.

  • Support the Partnerships Manager to shape the partnerships strategy.

  • Identifying, and contacting, new brand partners and opportunities and building business cases for these.

  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team on ideas for new campaigns and building plans to pitch to our partners that meet our business objectives.

  • Work as one team to deliver end to end partnership campaign delivery from planning to campaign analysis.

  • Building relationships with, and working daily with, our partners to deliver campaign creative and identify opportunities to amplify campaigns further and gain additional value.

  • Working with Legal team to ensure all campaigns have appropriate contracts in place and negotiating, with partners to achieve this.


What you'll have:
Experience of working with brand partners on marketing campaigns is essential, along with strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent relationship building / business development / pitching skills

  • Great attention to detail and commercial acumen

  • A positive can-do attitude, you'll be personable, proactive, organised, and efficient

  • Experience of drafting contracts, building business cases and reporting

  • Ability to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our commercial objectives and drive maximum ROI for the business

  • Experience of working with partners on loyalty platforms is desirable
