Senior Construction Manager

Leading Tier 1 Commercial Office Fit Out Contractor - Major Projects Division

Major Project secured (circa 50m+) due to start on site in Q1 2025. Project is located on the SW London/Surrey borders.

The Role

An opportunity has come up for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the team in preparation for a Major Project which will start on site in Q1 2025.

We are looking to speak with individuals who have previous experience working on Major Projects, and ideally those who have experience managing the internal fit out packages (preferably commercial office Cat A/Cat B) - this is so you have a fundamental understanding of the sequencing of works etc.

• You will be managing a team of Construction & Assistant Construction Managers, driving activity on site and have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your given area/section.
• Good man management skills will be essential for both working with in-house colleagues, external client teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Project Programming - you'll be working to the construction programme set by the PM/Contracts Manager, but having weekly sit-down meetings to discuss progress and manipulate the programme accordingly to accommodate any necessary amendments.

Salary guidelines are circa 70,000 - 90,000 + Bonuses.
