Finishing Foreman

Time 4 Recruitment have an opportunity for a Temporary Finishing Foreman for 4 months cover in Hooley. Our client is a highly reputable, family run award winning residential development company who build exceptional quality homes in desirable areas of South Wales and the Southwest of England including London

This Temporary Foreman Role is to start ASAP for up to 4 months work

As Temporary Finishing Foreman you will report to the Project Manager and Company Director. and you will oversee the final stages of the construction of luxury houses and town houses, all traditional build with timber frame.

You MUST be from a residential Timber Frame background to be considered for this role

Key responsibilities as Site Foreman

• Reporting to the Site manager or his Assistant you will be responsible for:-
• Assisting with the day to day management of all site operatives.
• Ensuring the quality of finish of directly employed operatives is to the expected high standard.
• Ensuring the quality of finish of all sub-contractors is to the expected high standard.
• Ensuring both directly employed operatives and sub-contractors adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
• You must have residential experience on large housing sites or come from a trades background and looking for career progression.
• You MUST have a current SMSTS OR SSSTS

Certificates required

• Fire Marshal certificate
• First Aid
• CSCS skill card Holder
• SMSTS Qualified / Certificate
• Within easy commute of Hooley
