Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well- established Electrical Contractor based in East Midlands.

They are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to build up, lead and manage their new mechanical division, across various projects across a range of commercial environments such as retail, and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
• Manage and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, particularly in healthcare settings.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all projects meet required specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resources, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on Mechanical project management.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
• Previous contacts (Advantageous)
