The Role:

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, helping to drive key business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborating with departments to ensure financial targets are met
• Assisting in strategic planning and performance management initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or fully qualified Management Accountant
• Strong experience with financial reporting, management accounts, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
