I'm seeking an experienced engineer with a background in welding, and a plus would be with farm machinery. The engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle and plant servicing
• Routine maintenance of farm machinery
• Fault diagnosis and repair
• Field-based repairs and troubleshooting
• Assisting in the design, building, and testing of new projects

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in agricultural machine maintenance
• Expertise in pneumatics and hydraulics
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
• Enthusiastic, methodical, and assertive approach to work
• Flexibility in working hours, environment, and conditions
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards

Desirable and Ideal Skills:

• Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent) - desirable
• Skills in electronics and welding (TIG/MIG) - desirable
• Telescopic JCB driver certification - ideal
• Safe handling of oxy fuels - desirable
• Proficiency with abrasive wheels - desirable
