Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Cover Teacher with a passion for supporting Key Stage 2 students? Looking for a flexible role in a supportive school environment?

We are a trusted education recruitment agency seeking an Experienced HLTA or Cover Teacher to work in a vibrant KS2 setting at one of our client schools in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school, offering flexibility for part-time or full-time applicants.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and cover lessons across KS2 in the absence of class teachers.
• Work with small groups or individual students, helping them to achieve their academic potential.
• Lead and manage classroom activities, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
• Provide additional support for students with varying learning needs, including adapting tasks where required.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.

• Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Cover Teacher in a KS2 setting.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and deliver engaging lessons.
• Relevant HLTA qualification, teaching experience, or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Open to part-time and full-time applicants.
