1:1 Teaching Assistant-Croydon

Tradewind is working with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated primary school in Croydon seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students in KS1 or KS2.

This 3-form entry school is committed to supporting children with mixed abilities, including those with ASD, ADHD, non-verbal communication challenges, and cognitive disorders.

• Providing 1:1 support for an autistic pupil in KS1 or KS2
• Leading intervention sessions for SEN groups
• Promoting an inclusive learning environment
• Following EHCP targets and monitoring progress

• Experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
• Strong understanding of supporting children with autism, ADHD, non-verbal needs
• Must have an Enhanced DBS, references, and eligibility to work in the UK
