As an Account Director, you'll have the chance to expand and innovate, making a huge impact on the company's growth. Now is an even more exciting time for the agency as they undergo a period of expansion and opportunity. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced Account Director to lead and work with some of their key clients.

1. Lead key clients with strategic growth and be the point of contact.
2. Lead the team from opportunity-seeking through to the pitch.
3. Collaborate with the creative, content, production, and finance teams.
4. Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
6. Develop creative and innovative strategies.
7. Provide insight and strategic direction.
8. Represent the agency at events and meetings.

1. Prior experience in Client Services with an Events / Experiential Agency.
2. Demonstrated experience in Account Management with an agency.
3. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders & key client contacts.
