Fire Compliance Contract Manager 12 month FTC

Braxfield Recruitment specialises in connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. We are currently seeking a Fire Compliance and Contracts Manager a growing London-based Housing Association. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire manager to join a growing team.

Location: London, W10

Salary: Circa £62,000 plus hybrid working opportunity

Responsibilities:

• The Fire Compliance and Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all fire risk assessments, related actions, intrusive surveys and remediation programmes.
• Responsible for ensuring fire safety in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
• You will be the key link between the associations, LFB and all related organisations.
• Prepare reports for Executives and Board members.
• Financial and budgetary management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority.
• In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between LFB, contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
