BMS Service Manager Canary Wharf Dynamite Recruitment are honoured to be working with a multimillion pound business that can offer a range of services to their customers specifically around BMS, Mechanical and Electrical Critical Services. They have a range of customers from high end commercial, banks and data centres.
They are now seeking a Service Manager to work closely with the Director and manage the service and small works part of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to implement your own ideas and make it your own.
The role of a BMS Service Manager: - To manage a small service team which covers PPM s and small works
- Communicate and arrange sub contract labour to attend sites where required
- To build relationships with existing customers and act as a point of contact for them
- To ensure work is being completed to the regulations and are compliant
- To manage the budgets and financials on the service side
- Resourcing sites appropriately with programming engineers, small works and service work
- Reporting into the BMS Director
- To be responsible for the running of this department
- You must have experience within BMS
