Project Details

• Based in Birmingham
• 25 Million Surfacing project with housing estate, industrial estate and highways
• Future works already in the pipeline

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Liaise with client and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor and manage project progress, addressing early warnings
• Monitoring Programmes
• Setting our rams

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Surfacing and Asphalt is a key requirement
• Experience working for surfacing sub-contractors is essential
• Self-delivering the surfacing projects an essential requirement
• Obtains a CSCS and a CIS
