Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17:00 (36.25 hours per week)
Pay Rate: 17.96 per hour PAYE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a temporary HR Analyst to provide critical support in managing payroll and HR operations for a Local Authority based in Coalville. This role requires someone with i-Trent experience to take the lead in overseeing payroll processes and delivering essential management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly payroll input and checking process for our employees and those of a neighbouring authority.
• Generate regular reports and provide management information using Business Objects for leadership.
• Provide interim line management for our HR Admin team, ensuring exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the accurate completion of payroll-related statutory returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of i-Trent or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to manage and process various payroll elements.
• Experience with i-Trent system administration and the i-Trent recruitment module.
• Expertise in monthly payroll management and statutory reporting.
