Device Manager Role - InTune | Commodities Trading House | £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid, LDN


Device Manager is needed for a Commodities Trading House who through continued success, are adding more products onto their portfolio, opening new offices and therefore growing as a company. As such, they have began on a journey of technology transformation, which includes hiring for a Device Manager, to impact a Device and Tools strategy aligned with business strategy for mid/long term for providing productive digital work force


In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering productive, effective, and secure IT devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobiles) to various stakeholders across the firm. As the firm grow, consistency across hardware, licences, sotware upgrades is critical.


As a Device manager, you will manage and update the latest device trends, mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and drive the adoption of device imaging standardization, all while ensuring the highest levels of cybersecurity. The role will require the skills to explain, demonstrate and encourage adoption of the standardize the device and its image.



?? Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package

?? Location: London City, with easy access to St Pauls, Bank & Moorgate stations.

?? Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office.

????? Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft security patching. Hardware and software lifecycle management


Essential Requirements:


  • Experience: Up to 8 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Hardware/Device Manager in mid-sized organizations, ideally within financial services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient with devices and tools lifecycle management, including Dell laptops, desktops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), tablets, VDI, and related peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong skills in troubleshooting and improving device and tool performance.
  • Tech Stack: Experience with MS Windows, M365, iOS, MS Licensing Schemes, and Service Management.
  • Bonus Skills: MDM, MAM, BYOD experience is a plus!
  • Mindset: Proactive, self-sufficient, and driven with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical, organized, and methodical. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and diplomatic skills.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
