Clean Energy Projects - Associate / Senior Associate

You will join a highly respected law firm with a similarly highly regarded Energy practice as a projects lawyer focusing exclusively on Clean energy projects. You will advise a diverse range of clients including big utilities, energy investors, developers, manufacturers and energy tech companies.

The team acts on a variety of exciting projects in the sector, advising clients on matters such as;

• Power purchase agreements
• Optimising battery assets
• Re-generation projects
• Renewable energy schemes such as low carbon support regimes, and biogas offtake arrangements

Most of this work is commercial in nature, although the team often collaborate with colleagues on transactional, regulatory and construction projects also.

The team are looking to make several hires in this team one at associate and another at senior associate level.

Candidates are likely to be between 1 and 8 years PQE and have experience in commercial or regulatory aspects of energy projects.
