Role Overview:
As Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established client base, focusing on delivering top talent across the rapidly expanding renewable energy markets internationally. With no business development required, you’ll concentrate solely on candidate delivery and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to fully understand their hiring needs, creating tailored recruitment plans and offering valuable insights into the talent market.
- Identify and assess potential candidates through thorough CV screening, phone and detailed competency interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Establish and sustain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, providing continuous support and advice throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage technology to streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and track candidate interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 12-18 months experience in engineering or technical engineering recruitment. Experience in renewables, sustainability, BESS, wind, or cleantech sectors is desirable but not required.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport establish credibility at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
