Experienced Drylining Site Manager Needed - Liverpool

Our client, a leading drylining contractor with a strong reputation in the commercial, healthcare, and student accommodation sectors, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Liverpool team. With a track record of working alongside Tier 1 contractors on high-profile projects, they offer a competitive salary of 50,000 - 55,000 per annum, plus car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage drylining projects in Liverpool and surrounding areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring safe working practices and efficient project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in drylining, ideally in a Site Management or similar role.
• Valid SMSTS qualification.
• Strong understanding of drylining systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Fit-out drylining background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
