Role: EAL Teaching Assistant
Location: Kensington and Chelsea, Mixed Secondary School
Type: Full-time, Immediate Start
Salary: 85- 95 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored assistance to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Support some students who have special educational needs, in addition to EAL requirements.
• Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments.
• Work closely with teachers to adapt educational support to meet individual student needs.
• Encourage a positive and supportive atmosphere that enhances language learning and skill development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with students who have English as an Additional Language.
• Experience working with young people or students with special educational needs.
• Commitment to fostering multiculturalism and diversity in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners in a secondary school setting.
