Bright Selection are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Home Manager on behalf of a Family-owned care home provider in South West London. The home manager will play a key part in developing the service and working with the provider to establish it as a home of choice in the local area.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification - L5 Diploma, NVQ L4, RMA or equivalent
  • Nursing qualification preferred
  • Proven track record in care home management
  • Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
  • Experience of managing large teams of people
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good budget management

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in all aspects of the care home, promoting a culture of independence and person centred care.
  • Ensure sustainable financial viability
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
  • Pro-actively promote your home as the home of choice in the local area

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

  • up to 85,000 per annum
