As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, growth, reactivation and development of a group of clients.


We have a track record of continuous growth and as such need to bolster our Team operating here in the UK. This opportunity is for someone looking to develop a long-term career with a leading software provider, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of a mentor understanding the market and business becoming an independent Account Manager.


We will provide full training and you will be based at our Head Office next to the NEC on the Birmingham Business Park.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Advise clients on forthcoming company and product developments.
  • Articulating and positioning the benefits of add on Pinewood DMS products & features, taking responsibility for the presentation, quote and sale
  • Weekly updates of your sales forecast and customer interactions in Dynamics.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs around client engagement are met.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Pinewood products and service offerings.
  • To continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a 2:1 as minimum
  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard
  • GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above
