Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating site technical standards
- To support and guide the site TM, QA manager, QA team and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.
- To assist internal departments in reviewing and revising their procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.
- Communicate within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to the technical standards required by customers.
- Coordinate and cascade any customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure ongoing internal compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems:
- Specifications
- Artwork
- Customer complaints and quality queries
- Product rejections.
- Coordinating and communicating customer technical targets, priorities, and objectives; making them relevant to the business.
- Identify technical opportunities that would benefit the business and its customers, and implement the related project work.
